Maple; 24" x 44" x 18h"

The aim of this table was to create an extremely strong, yet refined expression of structure and form. The splayed, tapered legs provide lateral support as they spring upward and split in two directions. The sharp edges and precision milling is contrasted by the softened interior corners - bringing a degree of play-fullness and approachability to the table. It is finished in a clear, extra matte penetrating sealant.
